ART home study Skype lessons.

ART straightness training is now available worldwide. It allows you to meet with me, Joni Bentley, for a one-on-one, or small group lesson with your friends on Skype. The training is based on my video home study course. Once you have purchased a workshop video you can email me to arrange a free online lesson to see if Skype training works for you.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • A computer with Skype downloaded.
  • A video camera.
  • A willing friend to video you.
  • YouTube account to download your file.

Most of my Skype pupils attend one class each week, normally on the same day and at the same time so that it fits easily into their weekly schedule and ensures them a space in my schedule. Skype sessions are held morning, afternoons and evenings. If you prefer less frequent classes that’s fine too. Just Email me here and tell me your preferences.

The goal of the Skype horse and rider straightness training program is to:

  • Sit straight both laterally and longitudinally.
  • Counterbalance your horse's crookedness.
  • Improve your feel.
  • Refine your stirrup contact.
  • Refine your seat bone contact.
  • Diagnose your horse's crookedness.
  • Sit equally on both reins.
  • And so much more.
  • Read more here

You can now undertake the ART Teacher Training on Skype more here. If this is something you feel draw to, feel free to email me to arrange a chat on Skype. Skype sessions cost £50 per hour, that's for a personal or group class. Please use the Buy Now button below to purchase your lesson then email me to arrange your appointment.

"It’s hard to describe the changes since Joni’s first lesson. The best I can do is to say that by sitting straight and free of worry, I am now able to absorb the movement for the first time ever! He feels as though we are not touching the ground (hovercrafts spring to mind when you’re on top). The great news for me is that in this bigger trot he is remaining much more on my aids and soft in the contact. A good trot is something we have struggled with, we always knew it was there, but it was hard to get it without tension and without him getting too excited. This new, calm power is very exciting! In all, as you can tell, I’m thrilled with us, it really feels like Con is coming on in leaps and bounds, and I feel much more effective and able to help him out. I am at peace with the world and grateful to you for making the world a better place. Can’t wait for the next Skype lesson."
